CONTEXTE: Un site Web interactif a été développé afin de supporter les rotations cliniques de soins ambulatoires, d'optimiser les efforts de collaboration des précepteurs de soins ambulatoires, et d'uniformiser l'approche pédagogique et d'évaluation.

OBJECTIF: Evaluer les perceptions des résidents et étudiants utilisant le site Web dans leurs rotations de pharmacie clinique en soins ambulatoires.

METHODES: Un sondage en ligne administré anonymement et comportant 12 questions utilisant une échelle de Likert (échelons de 1 à 5; fortement en accord-fortement en désaccord) et 4 questions ouvertes a été créé. Durant 3 années, tous les étudiants et résidents complétant une rotation en soins ambulatoires ont été invités à compléter ce questionnaire.

RÉSULTATS: Soixante-six pour cent (18/26) des résidents et 71% (54/76) des étudiants ont complété le questionnaire. Globalement, le site Web a été très bien reçu par tous les utilisateurs. Les résidents et les étudiants ont différé d'opinion sur certains aspects, mais tous ont apprécié la facilité d'utilisation et les liens vers des ressources additionnelles. Lesliens brisés de même que les quiz périmés ont été identifiés comme les principales faiblesses.

CONCLUSIONS: L'utilisation du site Web interactif durant les rotations cliniques de soins ambulatoires a été perçue de façon positive. Les résultats du sondage supportent l'utilisation de cette méthode d'enseignement et permettra aux précepteurs de faire les changements appropriés pour les futurs utilisateurs.
