Une Introduction sur les Services Pharmaceutiques en Réanimation et soins Intensifs

Les départements de réanimation et de soins intensifs sont souvent un milieu idéal dans nos systèmes modernes de santé pour développer des activités pharmaceutiques, de par la nature des soins spécialisés prodigués, la quantité et le coût des médicaments utilisés, et l'évidence des bénéfices à intégrer un pharmacien dans l'équipe multidisciplinaire de réanimation. L'objectif de cet article est de souligner les enjeux à considérer lors de l'implantation et du développement d'activités pharmaceutiques dans un tel milieu. Ces activités peuvent inclure notamment l'établissement des services pharmaceutiques de base, le développement et la mise à jour de protocoles de traitement, et l'intégration d'activités ciblées de formation et de recherche clinique.
