TO THE EDITOR: In the article, "Long-Acting Inhaled {alpha}2-Agonists for Stable COPD,"1 the term "pharmacokinetic" was inadvertently used for "pharmacodynamic." Specifically, on page 1249, the "Pharmacokinetic Profiles" section of the manuscript should refer to "Pharmacodynamic Profiles." All other references to pharmacokinetics on page 1249, including Table 1, should be replaced with pharmacodynamic.
