TO THE EDITOR: In Table 1 of the article on guidelines for acute decompensated heart failure treatment,1 titration after the first dosage adjustment of nesiritide should occur every 3 hours, not every hour. Likewise, in Figure 3, the infusion rate after the first dosage of nesiritide may be increased every 3 hours, not every hour.
