El Cuidado de la Salud Sin Conciencia - ¡Inescrupuloso!

La respuesta del público y del gobierno a informes en los medios de comunicación sobre farmacéuticos negándose a llenar o despachar recetas debido a objeciones morales, fundamentalmente podría alterar el cuidado de la salud/la asistencia sanitaria. El denegar a un grupo de ciudadanos el derecho de actuar en base a la conciencia, coloca a cada ciudadano en peligro de perder los derechos concedidos por la Primera Enmienda. El denegarle a los profesionales del cuidado de la salud el derecho de actuar en base a la conciencia, pone a los pacientes en peligro de que sean atendidos por aquellos que son menos que profesionales, aquellos con atributos de carácter esenciales para un cuidado de calidad, comprometidos. Podemos definir mejores soluciones para el acceso a recetas y terapias legales sin demandar que aquellos en el cuidado de la salud se conviertan en cómplices de actividades que ellos consideran inmorales.
